At Zacks Bargains, we aim to provide a smooth, transparent, and reliable delivery experience across South Africa. As we partner with trusted local fulfilment centres, all orders are processed and shipped in accordance with our supplier logistics timelines.

Please review the details below before placing your order.


1. Order Processing & Dispatch

Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM (SAST)
Processing Time: 0–2 business days (Monday – Friday)

Once your payment has been successfully confirmed, your order will enter processing. Orders placed after 2:00 PM may be processed the following business day.

When your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • An order confirmation email
  • A courier tracking number
  • A real-time tracking link

2. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated Transit Time: 3–5 business days (Monday – Friday)

Please note:

  • Deliveries do not occur on weekends or public holidays.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location.
  • Remote or outlying areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and size of your order at checkout.

Final shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.


4. Delivery Requirements

  • We deliver within South Africa only.
  • A valid physical address is required (no PO Boxes).
  • Please ensure contact details are accurate to avoid delays.
  • Someone must be available to receive the delivery during business hours.

If delivery fails due to incorrect information provided by the customer, additional re-delivery charges may apply.


5. Click & Collect (Johannesburg)

Select items may be eligible for free collection from our fulfilment partner in Johannesburg.

Collection Hours:
Monday – Friday
8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (SAST)

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready for collection. Please do not arrive before receiving collection confirmation.

Valid ID and order confirmation will be required upon collection.


6. Delays Beyond Our Control

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier disruptions
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Public unrest or strikes
  • High seasonal demand

If a significant delay occurs, we will communicate with you promptly via email.


7. Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:

  1. Verify your delivery address.
  2. Check with neighbours, security, or reception.
  3. Contact the courier using your tracking number.

If the courier confirms the package is lost, please contact us at:

Once confirmed, we will arrange either:

  • A replacement (subject to stock availability), or
  • A full refund.

8. Important Notes

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed defective or incorrect item.
  • Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders where delivery is not serviceable.
