Returns, Refund and Exchange Policy

At Zacks Bargains, we are committed to customer satisfaction. As we work with trusted South African fulfilment partners, all returns and refunds are processed in accordance with our supplier’s return procedures.
Please read the policy carefully before initiating a return.
1. Return Window
To initiate a return, you must contact us at support@zacksbargains.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return requests submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be approved.
All returns must be authorised before any item is sent back.
Please do not send items back without written approval.
2. Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and undamaged.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, and components must be included.
- The item must be in resaleable condition.
Items showing signs of use, installation, damage, or modification may not qualify for a refund.
All returned products are subject to inspection before approval.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- We may request photographs or video evidence to assess the issue.
- Once approved, we will arrange a replacement (subject to stock availability).
If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.
Return shipping for confirmed defective or incorrect items will be covered.
4. Change of Mind Returns
If you wish to return an item due to change of mind:
- You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- A 15% handling and restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
- The original delivery fee (if applicable) is non-refundable.
The item must meet all return condition requirements listed above.
5. Refund Processing
Once the returned item has been received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed within 3 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Bank processing times may vary.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the item has not yet entered the fulfilment process.
After this period, cancellation may not be possible.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or special-order items
- Opened health, beauty, or personal care products
- Pierced jewellery
- Mattresses or bedding once opened
- Self-assembly furniture that has been assembled
- Any product marked “Final Sale”
8. Shipping Recommendations for Returns
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returned items. Zacks Bargains cannot guarantee receipt of items returned without tracking information.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 7 business days after confirmation:
